How Ordering Works
1. Choose your theme
Send us your theme, inspiration pictures, cake/cupcakes design or any images you'd like us to work with.
2. Tell us about your cake
We need to know the cake size so that we can create toppers that are appropriately sized for your cake.
3. We design your toppers
We'll create a set based on your requirements. Your price will depend on the design, size, number of pieces and complexity of what you need.
4. Approve & pay
Once the details and pricing have been confirmed, your order is placed and production can begin.
5. We make your toppers
Your custom toppers are printed, cut, assembled and prepared for collection or delivery.
Please allow at least 2 working days
Custom toppers require preparation time, so a minimum of 2 working days' notice is required. The 2 days count from when payment is received, not from when we begin discussing your order. For more detailed or larger orders, we may require additional time.
