BakeAssist delivers nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Customers may also arrange collection in Lonehill, Johannesburg. Collection can be done in person or via Uber/third-party courier arranged by the customer. Please note that collections arranged through Uber or other services are entirely at the customer’s own risk, and BakeAssist cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been handed over.

Dispatch Times

• Standard orders: 1–2 business days after payment clears

• Orders with personalised toppers: 3–5 business days

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate urgent orders that include personalised toppers.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 2–5 working days for major areas

• 5–7 working days for outlying areas

Receiving Your Order
Anyone at the delivery address may accept the parcel on your behalf. Identification may be required when receiving the delivery.

If no one is available, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery or collection. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
